China Gold Coin Group Co., Ltd. unveiled its 2026 Chinese Dragon Silver Bullion Coin at the World Money Fair held in Berlin, Germany, from January 29 to 31. A series of concurrent events covering Technical Forum, Media Forum, and vibrant events further facilitated global industry exchanges and cooperation.

China Gold Coin Group set up a specially designed booth showcasing products including the 2026 Chinese Panda Precious Metal Commemorative Coins and 2026 Chinese Bing Wu Year (Year of the Horse) Precious Metal Commemorative Coins. The display highlighted China’s latest developments in design, craftsmanship, and cultural expression of precious metal coins, and drew interest from international collectors.

At the Media Forum, China Gold Coin announced the 2026 issuance plan for Chinese Precious Metal Commemorative Coins and released details of the overseas debut of the 2026 Chinese Dragon Silver Bullion Coin. In his remarks, Chairman Jiao elaborated on the coin’s design philosophy and cultural significance, including the concept behind its Berlin City Edition, and extended congratulations to the organizers on the event’s success.

Jiao emphasized that the dragon is an important symbol of Chinese civilization, embodying the national spirit of self-reliance and perseverance. He noted that the design team drew inspiration from historical artifacts and cultural motifs while integrating contemporary aesthetics to create a dragon image reflective of the new era.

The 2026 Chinese Dragon Silver Bullion Coin is being marketed overseas under the coordination of China Great Wall Coins Investments Limited, subsidiary of China Gold Coin Group. Orders from global distributors are now open, and city editions designed for major international coin exhibitions will be released throughout the year. The Berlin City Edition incorporates iconic elements such as the Brandenburg Gate and Berlin Cathedral, commemorating the event and reflecting expectations for cultural exchange between Chinese and Western numismatic communities.

Officially issued on January 15th, 2026, the coin is the second release in the series. Its main design employs shallow relief engraving and laser sandblasting techniques. The obverse features, the Great Wall rendered with varying depths and intricate details through laser sandblasting. The reverse depicts a dragon inspired by Tang Dynasty gilded dragon motifs and the Nine Dragon Wall of the Forbidden City. With its raised head and dynamic tail, the dragon embodies majesty, vitality, and the spirit of perseverance and progress.

The 2026 Chinese Dragon Silver Bullion Coin is bullion in quality, containing 31.104 grams of pure silver, measures 38 mm in diameter, has a face value of 10 yuan, a fineness of 99.9%, and a maximum mintage of 2,000,000 pieces.
