VendoPro Service UG is setting the course for growth: with the addition of Sümeyye Waziri as a new co-partner and the development of a second, independent business unit focused on CRM software, the company is significantly expanding its strategic direction.
Sümeyye Waziri is a software developer with broad experience in agile product development. Effective immediately, she is taking on an operational role at VendoPro and will be primarily responsible for the technical development and conceptual design of the new CRM solution. The goal is to create a simple, clear, and easy-to-learn CRM system specifically tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses.
The product launch is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025. The CRM division is being established as a standalone unit, but it will complement VendoPro’s existing service portfolio perfectly.

With the expansion to two business areas—the existing contact center service and the new CRM product development—VendoPro is positioning itself for sustainable and independent growth. While the customer service division focuses on high-quality, empathetic communication, the company also aims to provide digital tools that help manage customer relationships more efficiently from within.
Both business units follow the same guiding principle: transparency, usability, and genuine customer focus.
